Made to order

Most Vago Living pieces are custom-made to your chosen product, size, fabric and colour. Because they are made specifically for you, made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, except where they are defective.

Please check product dimensions and measure your doorways, stairs and room before ordering.

Cancellations

You may cancel free of charge before production starts. Once your deposit is paid and production has begun, materials are cut and ordered for you, so the order can no longer be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable.

If we agree to cancel an order after production has started, a handling charge of up to 10% of the purchase price plus the cost of materials already used may apply.

Checking your delivery

Please inspect your furniture when it arrives. Report any transport damage, missing parts or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery to info@vagoliving.com, with your order number and clear photos.

Defects and warranty

In line with the Consumer Protection Act, if your furniture has a manufacturing defect within 6 months of delivery, we will repair it, replace it or refund you. We will first inspect the item (in person or by photos) and aim to resolve claims within a reasonable time.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, pets, sun fading, incorrect cleaning, or natural variations in fabric, leather and timber such as slight colour, texture or grain differences.

Takealot orders

Orders placed through Takealot follow Takealot's own returns process. Please log your return directly with Takealot.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 10 working days. Delivery fees are refunded only where the item was defective or incorrect.

How to log a return or claim

Email info@vagoliving.com (Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm) with your order number, a description of the problem and photos. We will reply within 2 working days.
